In 2009, I earned my bachelor's degree in Sport Sciences while living in Scotland. This sparked a profound passion for learning the marvels of the human body. Furthering my knowledge, I delved into yoga therapy and massage therapy, honing in on various modalities such as Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Lomi Lomi, Sports, and Thai massage.
