While I do my best to accommodate all requests, I kindly recommend scheduling your appointment at least 48 hours in advance for optimal booking success. This allows me to find the perfect slot that aligns with your preferences and ensures you receive the utmost care and attention during your session.
To ensure security and provide you with a personalized experience, I kindly request that INITIAL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH VOICE CONTACT. This allows me to verify your identity and gather some introductory information before we embark on your wellness journey together. Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your massage appointment. I want to make this process as convenient as possible while also ensuring fairness for myself and other clients. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy:

1. 24-Hour Advance Notice: I kindly request that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours: Should you need to cancel your appointment within the 24-hour window, a 50% charge of the scheduled fee will be applied. I appreciate your understanding as this helps compensate for lost time.
3. Missed Appointments: In the event that you miss your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. I value my clients' time and mine, and this policy helps me maintain the quality of my services.
4. Exceptions for Emergencies and Illness: I understand that emergencies and unexpected illnesses can happen. If you find yourself in such a situation, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. I'll do my best to accommodate your needs with understanding and flexibility.
