Professional Conduct
All services provided are strictly professional, therapeutic massage services only. Clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times; sexual comments, gestures, sounds, suggestions, inappropriate touching, exposure, or requests outside the scope of professional massage are not permitted. As a mobile massage therapist working in clients’ homes or accommodations, a safe and professional environment is required. If a client’s behavior is inappropriate or makes me feel uncomfortable, the session will be ended immediately; the full session fee will still be charged, and future appointments may be declined.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments require travel and preparation time and are reserved specifically for you. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may be charged 100% of the session fee.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Unpaid or late balances may result in future bookings being declined.

Session Environment
Clients must provide a clean, quiet, smoke-free, and safe space with adequate room for a massage table and therapist movement. Pets, children, and other distractions should be managed. If the environment is unsafe or unsuitable, the session may be ended and full payment will still apply.

Session Time
Session time includes consultation, treatment, and transition. Delays beyond the therapist’s control may result in a shortened session while full payment for the scheduled time is still required.

Health Disclosure
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, recent surgeries, or changes in health prior to the session. Massage may be modified or declined if it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.

Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a client appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol, if a situation feels unsafe or unprofessional, or if these policies are not respected.

Acknowledgment
By booking and receiving services with Mountain Bliss Mobile Massage, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
